Rich Cartier
Vice President, Taft-Hartley & Institutional Services
Rich Cartier is a Vice President of Taft-Hartley and Institutional Services at Manning & Napier. In this capacity, he is responsible for coordinating all aspects of Taft-Hartley and Institutional client relationships, primarily covering the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Rich joined the firm in October of 2016 and has over 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Manning & Napier, he worked at MassMutual Financial Group.
Rich earned his BS in Business Administration from Western New England College. He holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses.
