Doug Hilfiker is a Senior Financial Consultant at Manning & Napier. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships, including a holistic review of his clients’ investment-specific goals and outcomes, viewed through a comprehensive fiduciary wealth and estate planning lens. He works out of our Rochester headquarters.

Doug joined the firm in 2021 and has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 12 years with J.P. Morgan's Private Bank. His prior experience also includes six years in the private practice of law, focusing on trusts and estates and closely held business law with the firm Harter, Secrest & Emery. Doug's wealth of experience makes him a valuable asset to both the firm and his clients, and he prides himself on being an approachable and dependable resource for both his colleagues and clients alike.

In his spare time, Doug and his wife Lisa can usually be found at their sons’ athletic events at Webster Schroeder High School, where all three of their boys have starred on the football, baseball, basketball, golf and tennis courts and fields. In addition, Doug very much enjoys volunteering with and giving back to multiple non-profit organizations throughout Greater Rochester. Doug earned his BA in English from Vanderbilt University in 1997 and his JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida, and currently holds his Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
